Member for Hawkesbury Dominic Perrottet announced today that Clarendon Station on the T1 Western Line is the Sydney Trains Station of the Month for December. Sydney Trains selects each month’s winner based on criteria including customer feedback, cleanliness, community outreach and mystery shopper results.
“Congratulations to the Clarendon Station team on winning this prestigious award and thank you for your dedication to serving our community,” said Mr Perrottet.
“Customer feedback shows the team is friendly and approachable and that the station is kept very clean. I’m also told that staff at the station scored top marks for
customer service and for keeping commuters informed about train services.
“The NSW Government has prioritized improving service delivery and increasing customer satisfaction across the board. It’s great to see that the Clarendon Station
team is leading the way in providing commuters with top-notch service.”
