OUR ELECTORATE
A great place to live
Epping is located approximately 20 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD. It is a predominantly residential area, popular with families who have a strong community spirit and take great pride in their home and Australia.
The electorate
The electorate runs from Epping, Eastwood, North Epping and Carlingford in the south through Cheltenham and Beecroft to Cherrybrook and Dural in the north, also taking in parts of Pennant Hills, West Pennant Hills and Castle Hill.
Epping has a population of approximately 73,000 with around 55,000 registered voters.
The seat was created in 1999 after a redistribution of electoral boundaries and covers 31.7 square kilometres.
